Do I need an appointment?+
No. Golden Jewelers is open seven days a week and walk-ins are always welcome. Most evaluations are done while you wait.
What do you buy?+
Gold, jewelry, diamonds, watches, coins, bullion, sterling silver and silverware, engagement rings, estate jewelry, platinum, and small antiques.
Is the evaluation really free?+
Yes. Every evaluation is free with no obligation. If you don't like the offer, you simply take your items home.
How is my offer calculated?+
For precious metals, by purity and weight against the live market price. For diamonds, watches, and designer pieces, we also factor in brand, condition, certification, and current demand.
How do I get paid?+
Cash on the spot as soon as you accept the offer. No mail-in, no waiting periods, no holds.
What should I bring with me?+
Your items and a valid photo ID. Boxes, papers, and certificates are helpful for watches and diamonds but are not required.
Should I clean or polish my items first?+
No. Please don't clean coins or polish antique silver — it can reduce value. Bring everything exactly as it is.
Do you buy broken or damaged pieces?+
Absolutely. Broken chains, single earrings, bent rings, and non-running watches all still have value.

Do you serve customers from Pennsylvania?+
Yes. We're minutes from the Tacony-Palmyra, Betsy Ross, and Burlington-Bristol bridges, so we see customers from Philadelphia and Bucks County every day.
What are your hours?+
Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. Open seven days a week.
Can you help with an estate or large collection?+
Yes. We handle estates and large collections regularly. Call 856-786-8660 ahead of time and we'll set aside the time you need.
How do you price diamonds?+
Loose stones and diamond jewelry are graded on carat weight, cut, color, and clarity, then priced against what the stone can actually resell for today. GIA or AGS paperwork helps, but we grade in front of you either way.
Which watch brands do you buy?+
Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Breitling, TAG Heuer, Tudor, Longines and other Swiss and vintage brands — running or not. Box and papers raise the offer but are not required.
Do you buy gold-plated or gold-filled items?+
We test everything, but plated and filled pieces contain very little recoverable gold, so offers on them are small. Solid karat gold (10K, 14K, 18K, 22K, 24K) is where the real value is.
Is there a minimum amount I can sell?+
No minimum. A single broken chain or one gold tooth is welcome, and the evaluation is still free.
Do you buy silver coins and sterling flatware?+
Yes — U.S. 90% silver coins, silver rounds and bars, sterling flatware, tea sets, and serving pieces. Please leave any tarnish alone; polishing can lower the value of antique silver.
How long does an evaluation take?+
Most take 10 to 20 minutes. Large estates or collections can take longer, which is why a quick call ahead helps.
