Do I need an appointment?+
No. Golden Jewelers is open seven days a week and walk-ins are always welcome. Most evaluations are done while you wait.
What do you buy?+
Gold, jewelry, diamonds, watches, coins, bullion, sterling silver and silverware, engagement rings, estate jewelry, platinum, and small antiques.
Is the evaluation really free?+
Yes. Every evaluation is free with no obligation. If you don't like the offer, you simply take your items home.
How is my offer calculated?+
For precious metals, by purity and weight against the live market price. For diamonds, watches, and designer pieces, we also factor in brand, condition, certification, and current demand.
How do I get paid?+
Cash on the spot as soon as you accept the offer. No mail-in, no waiting periods, no holds.
What should I bring with me?+
Your items and a valid photo ID. Boxes, papers, and certificates are helpful for watches and diamonds but are not required.
Should I clean or polish my items first?+
No. Please don't clean coins or polish antique silver — it can reduce value. Bring everything exactly as it is.
Do you buy broken or damaged pieces?+
Absolutely. Broken chains, single earrings, bent rings, and non-running watches all still have value.

Do you serve customers from Pennsylvania?+
Yes. We're minutes from the Tacony-Palmyra, Betsy Ross, and Burlington-Bristol bridges, so we see customers from Philadelphia and Bucks County every day.
What are your hours?+
Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. Open seven days a week.
Can you help with an estate or large collection?+
Yes. We handle estates and large collections regularly. Call 856-786-8660 ahead of time and we'll set aside the time you need.
